How do I place an order?

From any page in our web site, click on the Shopping Cart Icon at the top right of the page. This will take you to the Order page. Follow the simple instructions on the Order Page and when you are done, click "checkout" to place your order.

Can I purchase Fertili-T™ by phone?

Absolutely! Our customer service center is open to help you with your orders. Simply call (888) 250-BABY.

How can I be sure my Fertili-T™ order has been received?

Once you click "submit order" on the final shopping cart page, you will be sent an "Order Confirmation E-mail" to the e-mail address that you provide on the shopping cart page.

How did I join the Fertili-T™ Membership Program?

When you placed your order you were given the option of joining our Membership Program, which is an auto-ship program whereby you will continue to receive a fresh supply of Fertili-T™ timed to coincide with expected completion of your previous shipment, and you requested to join our auto-ship membership program by clicking on the membership sign-up box and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

The order placement screen displays the following terms and conditions (in quotes):

If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, simply call (888) 250-BABY and speak with one of our customer service representatives, and then have the unused portion and Fertili-T™ containers returned back to us within 30 days of our shipping date.   3. Explanation of the auto-ship program which is mailed to customers with their free trial shipment.

To cancel further shipments, you can e-mail us at customerservice@fertili-t.com or call us at (888) 250-BABY to cancel your account. However please be aware that if you send us an e-mail to request cancellation of your account, it may take up to 3 business days to process your request. We recommend customers to cancel their memberships as soon as they determine they no longer desire to be part of the program so the request is processed immediately. This will ensure that we do not ship you an order after you have requested cancellation.

Do you accept International orders?

At this time we are unable to fulfill your request to ship products outside of the United States and Canada. We hope to add this capability in the future. Please visit our website for updated information.

How do I know that my Fertili-T™ order has been shipped?

You will be sent two e-mails after you have submitted your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:

  1. The first will confirm that your order has been received by us(your order confirmation number will be included). This e-mail should arrive soon after you have placed your order.
  2. The second confirms that the order has been successfully processed and shipped (tracking information will be included in this message).

What do I do if there is a shipping or delivery error?

Should you experience any problems with your order, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately, so that we may correct it in a timely matter.

RETURN QUESTIONS

What is your return policy?

At Fertili-T™ your satisfaction is our first concern.

If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may return the unused product and Fertili-T™ containers within 30 days from the date it was shipped and you will receive a full refund of the product price. (shipping and handling is non-refundable). If you have received the product during the course of the auto-ship program, you may return the sealed and unused product and Fertili-T™ containers of that last shipment of product within 30 days from the date it was shipped and you will receive a refund of the product price. Please note the following return terms:

You must have an RMA number from Fertili-T™ to make a return. To obtain a RMA number please call our Customer Care Center at (888) 250-BABY. You may also email us at customerservice@fertili-t.com. Be sure to include your name and order number in your email.

We will not accept or process for refund any packages marked "Return to Sender."

  • Refunds will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
  • To ensure prompt processing, returns must be sent to the address provided with your RMA number. The warehouse cannot accept packages without an RMA number.
  • For orders that are not part of the risk-free trial, returned product must be un-opened and sealed in order to receive refund or credit.Upon receiving your RMA number, please send your return to:

If you return the product without following the return procedure set forth above, and if we are able to identify you as the sender, we will cancel your membership from the auto-ship program and you will not receive further product shipments, however, you will be responsible for paying for the product that you return and Fertili-T™ may bill you accordingly.

How Long Will it Take To Process Returns?

From the time our warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 2 business days to process your refund once we have received the returned products.

Please keep in mind that your credit card company or its bank has to post our credit in the billing cycle in which it was received, hence the number of days it takes for the credit to post to the customer's account can slightly vary depending on how quickly the credit card company or its bank posts our refund. Your credit card will be refunded by "Fertili-T™."

What if the product arrived damaged?

Any of our products that are damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge. Save the package and all contents, and contact our Customer Service at (888) 250-BABY to request an RMA number.

Is the Product Guaranteed?

In addition to any manufacturer's warranty, we support the products offered through our website with our 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the product, you may return the unused product and Fertili-T™ containers within 30 days from the date it was shipped and you will not be billed for the shipment.

When will my Fertili-T™ order arrive?

Most orders will arrive within 4 - 7 business days from your initial order. We allow 1 - 2 business days to process your order.

Who will deliver my package?

All of our orders will be delivered via USPS, or UPS, (confirmation is emailed upon shipping).

Do I really only have to take the Fertili-T™ Preconception Program once a day?

Our preconception programs are designed to bring you the optimal amounts of preconception nutrients in one convienient dose we know that popping pills 2 to 3 times per day is not realistic for the average person and becomes tedious and tiresome very quickly, that's why we designed the Fertili-T™ Preconception Programs based on scientifically validated research. This research is the blueprint for achieving maximum effectiveness of the nutrients in our preconception formulas.

What is the absorption rate of the supplement?

Fertili-T™ Preconception Program formulas meet or exceed all disintegration standards and are designed for easy assimilation absorption, and high bioavailability.

Do I have to take the Fertili-T™ Program with meals?

Our Preconception Formulas are a synergistic blend of nutrients designed specifically to work best when absorbed with the Fertili-T™ Optimize Preconception Powder and/or with a well-balanced meal. The bioavailability and absorption of the nutrients in our preconception formulas can be most effective when taken with the Optimize Preconception Powder.

Should I be concerned about food allergies in Fertili-T™'s Preconception formula's?

We only use two clinically tested herbs in our PCOS, and Virili-T formulas: licorice, and pycnogenol. The ingredients in our preconception formula's are well known to the scientific community, numerous clinical studies on the safety, effectiveness, toxicities, and tolerances have been conducted over many years regarding the specific ingredients found in our preconception formulas. What is cGMP and what does it stand for?

cGMP stands for "Certified Good Manufacturing Processes". Are Fertili-T™'s Preconception Program Formulas FDA Approved?

Generally, the FDA does not approve dietary supplements, however, Fertili-T™? Preconception Preogram formulas are manufactured under the most stringent of quality guidelines as stated in the cGMP, NSF, ISO9000, and Certified Organic Regulations and Guidelines. Furthermore, Fertili-T™'s Preconception Programs and Formulas have been created and specifically designed based on the guidelines setforth by the American College Of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) as well as numerous clinical studies, documented research, and latest scientific findings linking preconception nutrition and supplementation with increased conception rates and improved fertility.

Are there any possible side effects?

Yes and No, we are all unique individuals, we all have different genetic backgrounds, sex differences (male or female) differences in organ function, differences in immune response and function, different eating habits, sleeping patterns, etc. and all or any of these can and do change the way our bodies respond to food, supplements, and our environment on a daily basis. How long do I need to take my Fertili-T™ Program before I can start seeing and feeling a noticeable difference?

The Fertili-T™? preconception programs are designed to begin working immediately, each night you replicate over 30 million cells in your body, each new cell having a specific function and creating a specific "effect" on each other cell and so on. Since you have over 6 trillion cells in your body the effect or feeling from our preconception formulas may take anywhere from 30 days to begin to see and feel positive physical and mental effects to 120 days for full "optimization" of your preconceptual/reproductive and overall health. Remember, it took time for your body to get into a state of reduced fertility, it takes time to detoxify, revitalize and optimize it back to a state of fertility. There is no "quick fix" or "silver bullet" when it comes to repairing the body as a whole, not just your reproductive organs, ask you doctor. Can pregnant or nursing women take it?

Fertili-T™'s preconception programs and formulas are intended for use during ?preconception planning? not during pregnancy.

Can it be taken with other multivitamins or prescription medications?

Because the Fertili-T™ Preconception Programs are comprehensive nutrient systems, most people should not need to take any other Prenatal or multivitamins unless directed by their physician. We recommend and encourage that you take our product (if already purchased) and/or print from the website the program that is right for your infertility issue, as well as print the clinical studies found on your "programs" page and take them to your physician to consult with and get his approval.

Is there any caffeine in the product?

No, added caffeine, there is caffeine found naturally in the coccoa powders of the chocolate flavors.

When should I begin taking my Fertili-T™ Preconception Program and how long should I take them?

Begin taking Fertili-T™ as soon as you desire to have children. Most couples begin taking thier specific Fertili-T™? preconception program 3 to 6 months in advance of planned conception/pregnancy. If a pregnancy occurs the woman discontinues the preconception program, a male however, may continue indefinitely on the fertili-T™ program. Many men do continue on the program because the Fertili-T™ formulas go far beyond just helping preconception and reproductive wellness, they are quite possibly the best wellness formula's available today.

Can the Fertility Preconception Programs be taken with IVF or drug therapy?

You must consult your IVF doctor before taking or starting these formulas or any others, your doctor needs to be aware of all supplements you are taking.
